We used Animal bouncers for nieces birthday party the castle turned up on time and it was the best thing we done the kids loved it. Top class service we have already rebooked for a different slide. And will defiantly recommend to my friends.

AVOID! Do not use this firm! They let me down on my wedding day for a Marquee bouncy castles etc. The guy who runs the show is called William Pankhurst. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. He ignored my calls on the day of the wedding and then reported me to the police when I got angry. (I swore in a message after he ignored me all morning). I can only assume he does this a lot! AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGUE!

Please ignore the reviews written by the two people below. They didn't pay for their items reserved and as such broke the terms of their contract, which is why they had no items for their wedding. Following this, they sent multiple threats to the owner of Animal Bouncers and have been harassing an 80year old lady by posting threatening notes through her door in the search for the owner of Animal Bouncers. These are some of the many other reasons that the police were involved, and now there is even more evidence to press charges! Animal bouncers is a brilliant company and the owner does a lot of work to raise money for local communities and to support charities. Unfortunately, if a customer does not keep to their written conditions of a contract, then they will not be provided with suitable goods. Thank you.
