Saw the car, and called in to look. No pressure sales just friendly guys who’ve been there for years. This was not an expensive car, but they did put a mot on and full service. Follow up phone call to see if all was ok which it was.Would definitely buy another car there .

They were amazingly understanding with our circumstances and needs and we're really attentive in supporting us not only with purchase and part exchange but with any after sales support (especially Arfan! - this guy really does make you realise there are still nice people in the world - Thank you) There's no pushy salesman here! Very happy with the service provided prior to and post purchase of car. Vehicle was in good condition and handover process was smooth and easy. The main advisor Arfan is very approachable and very friendly, and had greatly assisted me throughout the entire process.

Great experiance from start to finish. With a 600 mile round trip to collect the car the process was seemless and i cannot fault the condition of the car even though it is 7 years old. Definitely recommend and buy from here again

Purchased a nice audi a3 from these gentlemen. Had a couple of small issues with car after a couple of week but Bella cars were very helpful with quick response to gettin these resolved.Recommended a very good garage named alfa tech to get the repairs done who also kept in touch with updates on the progress. I must be honest I was worried about the warranty company as they don't have a lot of good reviews but I had no issues at all and my car is as good as new.Only problem now is how to get my spunk stains off my drivers seat.

Me and my partner had visited Bella Cars about 2 weeks ago. The staff there were extremely welcoming and kind. Nothing was too much of a hassle to them. Even prior to visiting, a lovely man, Arfan had conversed with us over the phone who had us feeling reassured and was completely transparent with us the whole time.They have a huge selection of well looked after cars on display. Would highly recommend visiting this dealership.

Friendly sales team, very helpful. Human error taking car home due to MOT only having 2 mths before expiry. Car booked in within an hour. Passed MOT with advisories but we're sorted within a week. Excellent customer service.
