Customer service is atrocious. Phoned with a complaint after the service on my F Pace, told they would look into it, 4 weeks went by without a single call back. Phoned again, promised someone would get in touch, another 3 weeks go by and not a single call back. They dont care, I expect more from a luxury car but the parts are just as shoddy as the customer service. Far too many troubles with a brand new car and it shouldnt be the customers job to chase and chase.

I can’t provide even single star because of all services are very bad and irresponsible.No support, bad vehicle check , money minded service and no responsibility.I have done my car Mot and they found break vibration and repair cost they suggested 850£ so I checked another authorised showroom and they said it is perfectly fine so no need to make any repairs and they have cleared the MOT but this pentland Jaguar showroom failed my MOT and planning to earn 1000£ without any reason.Actually before MoT and my car warranty period, they were not responding and taking any responsibility of the car . This is really horrendous and worst.

The review is for service department and not for the sales.Staff is really polite (with minor exclusions) and tries to help.However there is significant reduced communication between client and staff when the car is already in. You contact to ask about the car, you are told you will get an update in a few hours but you dont. You call the next day as you dont even know if someone has seen the car or not. You speak with someone on the phone that tells you what the issue is and then you get the mechanics report and its something different. I understand that it can busy sometimes but when you pay at least 2x (maybe 3x) times more compared to an independent garage you expect something better. As for the hands-on service, the case with my F type was complicated so can't really judge on that. Its not clear what the issue was back then, but it's fixed at least for now (had to visit twice).

I purchased a car from Pentland Jaguar Land Rover Fort Kinnaird and the service and incompetence from the start was horrendous.I purchased the car through finance and my sales advisor was James. After the deal had gone through I waited around 3 weeks for my V5 document, keen to change my plates over I chased this up with James to be told he had sent them to the dvla and they would be sending them. Waited another week or so, called the DVLA to be told James hadn't sent any documents and the car was still registered under trade. Followed this up with Pentland to be told 'sorry, James hasn't sent them off but we have done this now'A week later my car had numerous warning lights activated including the engine management light, called the garage to be given an appointment to take it back. Finally they told me it was fixed, I collect my car, had it back less than 24hrs for all the same warning lights to re appear. Call the service manager back to report and make arrangements to take the car back again, was give an appointment for 3 weeks after. Took the car back, was in the garage for 3 weeks to eventually be fixed again. Collected my car yesterday to drive it 10 miles down the road and again same problem, same warnings on my dash including the engine management light again. Called the garage this morning to complain and ask for them to give an explanation and collect the car to be fixed. They refused and told me to contact the warranty company directly. I have since taken legal advice and have reported this garage to trading standards. My independent finance company have been informed and sent proof of the above. They are now in discussion with this terrible garage to resolve the issue.I would also like to add, I left my car with half a tank of fuel and when I collected it, it had 24miles of diesel. Not even enough to get me home. The communication is terrible and the service is horrendous. Honestly do not buy a car from these incompetent and ignorant people.

I attended Jaguar Fort Kinnaird on Saturday, in order to look at the F-Type as part of the search for my next car. The staff at reception were incredibly welcoming on my arrival, and for the duration of my time there.I've been dealing with Edward Sykes, who has been very helpful in sourcing indicative pricing information, as well as arranging a test drive this week at short-notice, which I very much enjoyed. It was clear Ed understood and had a passion for the product. The test-drive has helped focus my mind on the F-Type as a real contender for my next car.I'd definitely recommend the garage to those buying, or those just browsing, and I've been very grateful for Edward's approach to dealing with myself as a prospective customer. If I decide to purchase an F-Type, I will be returning to Pentland Jaguar to speak to Ed.

Bought a Jaguar F Type R from Pentland Jaguar Dundee remotely without ever seeing the vehicle. I dealt with Shaun Toher who is a credit to your team. He was professional, polite and ensured I had videos of the car, full details of the condition and showed a genuine interest in ensuring the car arrived as per his word. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this dealership and Shaun and I hope to do business with you in the future. On a separate note, what a car and the exhaust! Glad I sacked off the option of the 911 :)
