Had a sudden problem on way to Devon, dropped in on spec. Straight on the lift, fixed two problems and on our way again in an hour. Don't see how it could have been better. Thanks Steve. Fantastic!

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Driving past (lucky for us) when had a problem with front n/s wheel. Called in to ask for help and they immediately put the car up on the ramp to investigate. On our way within 45 minutes. Thanks to all concerned and particularly to John Connolly who is a mechanical magician to me. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Thank you - would thoroughly recommend to all.

Top service. Managed to squeeze us in for a turbo actuator replacement day after calling. Parts arrived same day as enquiry, car was in at 0845 next day and received call to say it was complete at lunchtime. Any communication was prompt and now i dont plan on taking my VW and Audi anywhere else. Customer service as it should be.

I have used the services of Autotechnics for over 10 years and they have never failed to provide efficient friendly and professional service. I would not entrust my car to any one else.They have sourced my last two cars for me, even collecting one from Leicester.It is indicative of the sort of company they are that a high proportion of their skilled staff have been with them for many years.

It's hard to find a garage that you trust. The guys at autotechnics have earned my trust though. They are by no means the cheapest garage around, but you get what you pay for. Their workmanship is excellent and offer advice about whether a job actually needs doing, or is just a nice to have.They always speak to you about an issue 1st, before commencing work. So that you're happy to continue.You won't be disappointed with them.
