Absolutely appalling left my father without shopping, and all you get are excuses, absolutely no interaction between them and social workers

I would not Give this company any stars as there not fit to look after anyone.They took over my dads care from homecare plus.And they said everything would remain the same but didn't.They just tell lies

Just did not turn up for a palliative care patient, no notice , thank god he has family ! Shocking

The care staff themselves I would give 5 stars, they are just fabulous, despite the pressure the management put on them. Like all care companies, those planning the rotas don't take in to account the distance the care staff have to travel between calls and don't give enough time to travel. They also don't seem to take note of what each client/service user wants eg time of calls. Good job the care staff on the ground do.
