When I first started seeing Sam, I hadn’t trained for 5 months, and my injury was affecting everyday life, not just training. I’d gone from being able to run a marathon to not being able to walk on the beach/off road, dreading days where I had lots of walking to do because of the pain I was in. I was also incredibly frustrated. With Sams patience, compassion combined with her clinical skills, I finally feel like I’m on the road to recovery. I am now able to walk off-road/beach, and am in considerably less pain, with less symptoms. I am slowly beginning my journey back to running and I can’t thank Sam enough for her support on my journey.
