Didn't use their services I have no need being an engineer, just donated a bike, but it looked like a well equipped and competent outfit, whilst there I watched the guy behind the counter deal with a 'challenging' customer in front of me, he was polite and professional so I would recommend them.

I have completed the earn a bike course and was so impressed by the team at on yer bike i have now become a volunteer. I have had a chance to observe the way they work from the inside out now and there customer service is amazing as is the care and attention they provide when fixing and servicing customers bikes. I highly recommend a visit for your cycling needs to on yer bike and I highly recommend the earn your bike course it taught me so much.

I visited because my youngest daughter needed a bicycle while traveling. We bought good, cheap used bikes, and the staff was very friendly, which made us feel good. My daughter was very happy when the staff gave her a small keychain as a gift. Thank you for creating great memories of England for us.

I am not an experienced bike rider. The lady took the time to go round with me, without hurrying. She answered all my questions and was not at all pushy. When I collected my bike the staff in store were friendly and helpful. I paid for it be be serviced. It was ready ahead if time and it is like riding a brand new bike. Highly recommend.

Sometimes you just know when you have experts around you and these guys really are impressive. Always a good atmosphere and a genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team. I’ve dealt directly with David a few times now and he has such a positive, kind and trustworthy approach to his customers and thank you so much for sorting and tweaking my gears out today at such short notice and so quickly! I always recommend you guys. Keep up the great work team! : )

On Your Bike in Taunton just makes me smile. Firstly the staff I met were immediately friendly and helpful and really knowledgeable. I felt that they went the extra mile to help me find a bike and answer my questions. On Your Bike is a fantastically warm welcoming place, they care about bikes and people. Definitely a place to find the bike you love or have always wanted. Thank you!

I was very pleased to be able to donate my old road bike to 'On Your Bike', an organisation which benefits a lot of other people enormously, rather than leave it to just gather dust in the garage. They were really appreciative, and it was good to leave my old friend in good hands (admittedly with a lump in my throat). Thanks guys!
