The White Horse
We stayed here in our campervan on the way back from a race meeting in the Midlands. Staff and service was excellent, despite arriving late for food they provided us with a great meal and fine beer.Good area for campervan or motorhome parking, plenty of space.Family run business, certainly highly recommended.

First time at the White horse. Me and the hubby with our dog rocky. Lovely atmosphere. So freindly and easy to talk to. Had a lovely meal and drinks.We will be coming back. Thank you for a lovely day out

Just had another amazing tasty meal out for my daughters 18th Birthday. Food piping hot very and plenty portions. Staff friendly and attentive would recommend a visit

Can't comment on the food as I've never eaten here, but it's very popular for food, indoors and out so must be good. Very friendly staff. Beautiful building, great grounds. Amazing atmosphere.Could do with an update internally with decoration and toilets. A mirror in the Men's would be appreciated, but overall a really friendly and picturesque atmosphere and location.Dog friendly. Disabled access from the side door, not the front which has steps.

The White Horse
Popped in for a beer on the way home on May Bank Holiday weekend, as the roadside pubs in Ackworth were packed.We thought that being only just off the beaten track that The White Horse might be a little quieter. It was busy, but not packed and plenty of room in the well appointed beer garden.Friendly staff, two cask beers and choice of lagers and ciders on tap or in bottles.Beautiful place for a pint on a warm, sunny day.
