Atrocious service. They don’t answer phone or return calls and then when you eventually do get through they tell you they have cancelled your appointment due staff absence and offer zero alternatives. Next appointment in a month and half’s time! Crazy, complaint logged; will never use again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they have no pride in there work, my dog was sheared, mistreated, pulled into the salon with no reassurance, they injured my dog and tried to tell us that the marks they had made were already there but clearly was a fresh wound, it has effected my dog and i won't stop until the staff that abused my companion is dissmissed or the shop is shut down, my pet is thankfully OK but I can assure u this might not be the outcome for some1 else so please avoid, even the escalations team were disgusted when they saw the pictures and to be fair they were understanding but there was zero experience in all aspects

Walked in today to collect my dog to see him getting told to shut up nastily for crying while he was in the back, paid, got my dog and left I will not be returning. Our other dog used to go there too and suddenly refused to go in after frequent staff turn over, maybe she was treated the same.

Excellent!My 5yr old spaniel Harvey usually hates being groomed, but Becky was great! Harvey was happy to go with her, she did a fantastic job, worth every penny!Harvey even went back to her f a cuddle b4 we left. I will definitely be going back!!!!

The only place my 3 dogs will have their nails cut. I have 2 lurchers and anyone familiar with the breed knows they are lanky, skittish drama queens. The staff are pretty much unflappable and will do their best to fit you in as soon as possible. Nails can usually be done the same day if you call ahead and we've never had an issue with quicks even with our miniature dachshund's jet black nails.Full grooms are a bit expensive but always good, I recommend the paw and nose treatment. My girl gets terribly dry paw-pads (she runs like lightning for long periods of time and punishes her paws daily)and they always feel soft and nourished when she's had this treatment. The seasonal specials are good value especially the winter ones. Well worth the price. If you are a VIP card member you get some good discount codes and exclusives.Recommended!

I can’t fault the girls at the Groom Room!! They are absolutely excellent. Always do a great job on Tyson, not to mention putting up with his constant barking whilst they groom him!Nothing seems to be too much hassle and I’ve been bringing him here for years. Thank you girls for always making him look perfect, and for always making the effort to remember him!!

Excellent throughout. Our dog was perfectly groomed the way we had requested. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and their prices are very competitive.

Always very friendly and considerate, both to owner and the dog. My dog had never been bathed before, so I requested to stand in with her. She was good as gold and the groomers were fantastic.
