Bowling is fine. Staff welcome is fine. Food is pretty awful. Drinks are expensive. Service at the bar is shockingly slow, 20 minute wait each time. No soap in the toilets, no hand sanitizer. Definitely need to be able to wash your hands after communal bowling

Had a good time in the end but 2 machines took our money without offering service. Air hockey machine didn't release the puck and when staff came to release it, it got stuck again when scored in a goal. After a member of staff release it yet again, it got stuck in the other goal! At this point we asked for a measly £1 back but £1 that was still owed to us. Same situation happened with the pool table, balls didn't drop (no pun intended!) And member of staff had to do it manually. When this was solved we were shocked when we potted the white ball and it actually came back out! First thing in the arcade that worked normally. I'd like to add the one female member of staff was ever so pleasant and so I can tell you the staff are alright. And aside from these 2 things we really did have a great time!

Wasn't a bad night really. The only disappointment I had was having to queue up at the bar for almost an hour as obviously not enough staff and priority was getting drinks to app orders took priority. This needs addressing as very frustrating for people that don't have a phone. Needs a better range of size and weight of bowling balls.

Relatively quiet for a Saturday, accommodated an extra person. And was helpful to tell us that this was not the usual case.There are arcades that use a ticket system. Price is average for this type of activity, but bring change - 10 p's only the rest is 50p and above.Pool tables in the corner away from other activities and a bar.Staff where helpful and toilets clean.

First time visiting and won't hesitate in returning. Had the pleasure of Taylor serving us, absolutely fantastic asset to this company, friendly, professional and so helpful. I think every venue needs a Taylor!Food was brought out piping hot and enjoyed by all5 star rating from myself and our party

Good value for a game of bowls with food for only £5. Only during the summer holidays . Highly recommend a visit.

Not wheelchair friendly.Struggled opening metal door to enter holding it open & trying to tilt wheelchair to get through doorway. Doorway closed on my arm raking off a layer of skin. Had lane booked for 2pm. Had to wait. Told come back in 11 mins, no offer of anywhere to wait as stood there with wheelchair.No disabled toilets, only baby change facilities. Only male, female & baby change signs. Nothing in place for disabled customers.Once given our lane number, No ramps to get to bowling lanes, only a step.Will not be back. Very disappointed in such a big place not wheelchair user friendly at all.

Very dirty, most of the machines didn’t work, clearly understaffed, had to wait 20 minutes for our pre booked slot, the man who booked us in said that it is a common issue their website doesn’t work properly with their internal system, the bowling was ok, just the rest of the experience was a let down

Really enjoyable venue to meet friends & colleagues, Easily Accessible & Ample Parking - issue with booking resolved by staff immediately - wide range of activities and arcade games for all ages with lots of fun to be had, Great Bowling Experience & wide range of food and drinks on offer and very good prices - quite a few machines off or not working but I guess that's down to those who visit & don't treat facilities with respect no blame to Tenpin, toilets accessible - will visit again

First time bowling at this venue, I found it good value for money and found the staff very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it. This is a family friendly place and all the grandkids enjoyed themselves.
