If you have an issue with a lock, call Mark at Redlocks. I used his service this week and he was very quick to respond, his communication was first rate and his prices were very reasonable.I will definitely use again and will recommend him to friends and family who are in need of a locksmith.

I was locked out of my flat on a bank holiday. Other locksmiths I tried calling said that they wouldn't be able unlock the door without breaking the lock and had long wait times. Fortunately I was able to discuss the problem with Mark and he came over within 20 minutes and gained access for me quickly and with no damage. Highly professional service - I would 100% recommend!

Mark has fixed our lock problems twice - once when we locked ourselves out around 3 years ago and again today when our back door lock became jammed. He managed to fit us in to his already busy day, and the service was reasonably priced and friendly. Plus the door closes better than it did before!
