As a female I've had experience of dodgy mechanics doing unnecessary work relying on my ignorance to not question them. This garage has excellent service and will only do what is necessary, quoting in advance for it. Very trustworthy.

About 25 min car journey from our house but well worth it for the excellent customer service, friendliness and knowledge they have. Won't rip you off like so many other garages. Recommend to anyone!

My car came into you for the first time on the 25th June for air con refill. It was used 5 times during the week of the 19th July and then switched on again last week to my realization that it no longer worked.I called the office and was told over the phone the condenser had a leak and they would call me back with a quote for a new one.I have received no call back.Given that we are 2 months down the line, I'm unsure to how a hole has suddenly appeared and why this wasn't detected before you re-filled the unit?My thoughts were you would check for any leaks prior to re-filling and so I'm questioning if this actually took place. I have pretty much wasted £135.I'm also not sure how over the phone a hole in my condenser could be diagnosed, when the leak could be anywhere in the pipes?This experience has left me extremely skeptical about your abilities and I will therefore not be using or recommending your services again.

After a full sevicive costng well over $1,000 my car still managed to fail its MOT the repairs being done by this garagei fell i have been totaly ripped off
