Ultimately I decided to buy a new mower from RMC which Ross delivered only 3 days after the order was placed. He set the mower up for me, had already fully charged the battery so it was ready for me to use and also took time to go through the user instructions. A first class service.Thank you so much Ross. Had my 20 year old Countax in for a long overdue service and some repair work done with Ross and the team. They collected it, turned it around in under a week and sorted loads of issue's including some tricky thin metal welding work. I really wanted to take the time to do this review for an absolutely superb business.So I experienced a complex electrical issue with my Countax C100 lawn tractor at that nightmare point half way through the cut of the rear grounds. I made a phone call to Ross late on a Thursday evening and described the issue. Ross was round the next day in a very shiny, brand new van. Within literally half an hour he had expertly resolved the issue and I was up and running again and able to complete the cut of all the grounds for the weekend. I know people who have similar routines reading this review will understand how good that felt!So very important point I want to make….Prior to using RMC for this call out and repair I had always used the “big name’ local companies for the purchase and maintenance of a lot of my equipment for the grounds here…what a mistake I made doing this! Ross has over a decade of experience working in this sector at a senior level and the standard of service, expertise, level of experience you will be offered and price are all way superior to what any of the big name companies will offer. RMC offer a truly boutique, 1st class experience and I will always now use RMC for all my purchasing and maintenance requirements for the grounds here at my place in Hintlesham.So if you need any gardening or grounds equipment, maintenance or repair of your existing kit I thoroughly recommend you use RMC, I personally guarantee you will not be disappointed.James

Ross had the machine in for a service and found a laundry list of previous bodges, repaired and replaced what was required and the machine worked perfectly until I ran over a brick whilst using itRoss came out prepared for any eventuality and repaired the mower by replacing the blade and bossExcellent service on a machine that until he got hold of it was pretty useless
