Quick response to my telephone enquiry and timely installation. Tidy job inside and out. Excellent service and advice. Everything explained and all paperwork provided. I would highly recommend.

We have just moved to a new house on the edge of Darlington, and after a 1am visit from someone taking pictures of expensive trees and pots on the front of our house we decided to add some security. After doing my homework we decided on Supersurveillance CCTV. The owner Mik came out the next day and pointed out what we needed. The cost was very reasonable indeed, in fact it would have cost more to replace our trees. We arranged to have it fitted yesterday Friday 13th. The team turned up at 0930 and cracked straight on. In just over a couple of hours we had four high definition cameras fitted. We are amazed at the sheer clarity of the equipment, it is so clear. There was little or no mess and they did an exceptional job. This has given us peace of mind that our property is protected and fills us with confidence. Even our garage and cars are protected. What a fantastic friendly company, nothing is too much trouble. Get no piece of mind give Mik a ring, you won’t be disappointed.

Very pleased to find this firm. Mike came out more or less straight away following my enquiry.He came on the Thursday and provided advice and cost and the whole system was installed the next Thursday. The lads worked continuously, and whilst I was told it would take 3hrs, it actually took 2hrs.A professional job well done and would not hesitate to recommend their services.Many thanks.

Great team, the work performed was great quality and very friendly. Response times were good and when quoting, everything was broken down for us so that we knew exactly what we were getting.Highly recommended.

Wanted to get a CCTV package from a local installation engineer. Supersurveillance had a really good review rating so contacted Supersurveillance. Mik (owner) advised me on what I required to meet the needs of CCTV requirements. He also explained the Hikvision package and also advised on the best size hard drive to suit my requirements. Installation of 4 cameras with hard drive was completed in 2 hours. I am really pleased with Miks advice and his teams installation. The cameras do exactly what Mik said they would do and the system gives me and my wife the reassurance we need. I would highly recommend Supersurveillance. Thank you Mik.

So happy that I found this company as they did a super job installing my new cameras. Mick came out the week before and explained what was best for me. Easy to talk to and not pushy at all. Spot on Kevin and David did the job yesterday and everything went great ,we had a bit of an issue with the brightness on one camera but no problem at all,Kevin came back today and fixed it in 2 minutes as I'm a thicko with computers many thanks Alan

5 camera plus DVR installation today 11/12/23 by Supersurveillance. First class work, friendly and efficient staff. Can’t fault them or the HiK cameras. Definitely recommend to friends.
