I had a fantastic experience with the guys at Abbey Scott Law with dealing with immigration matters. I do not recommend this company at all, the lack of communication from anyone is appalling. You are left waiting with no response from anyone for days or weeks at a time despite leaving emails & messages etc. When you do finally speak with anyone from the team your solicitor dealing with your case is either always sick or on holiday! Will definitely not be recommending to friends or family in the future.

I have used Abbey Scott Law twice now, relating to none fault accident claims, once in 2019 and again in 2023. Both times the service provided, in particular by Firaaz Khan who dealt with my cases, was excellent. Communication always frequent and matters dealt with in a professional yet friendly manner. All questions answered and explained in a manner easily understood. All appointmemts arranged by Abbey Scott Law have also been of a highly professional standard. Excellent outcomes both times, providing a service above and beyond, a personal approach which in my experience is not often found with the larger firms used by insurers, would highly recommend.
