Louise was the perfect groomer. She is professional, experienced and caring. It was Billy’s first groom and she ensured that he felt safe. He smells gorgeous! Thoroughly recommended!

I would highly recommend Louise at Pawfect Pamper, who did an amazing job with our very anxious cockapoo, who is really scared of strangers. Our dog had been to another groomers recently, who hadn't been able to give her a full groom, only a wash and part dry, as our dog was too stressed for the groomer to continue. But, upon arrival at Pawfect Pamper, our dog warmed to Louise immediately. Louise managed to make our dog feel at ease and she did an amazing job of a full groom. Our cockapoo looked gorgeous when we collected her and she was very happy and relaxed. I received great service from Louise - she even sent me a video whilst she had our dog to assure me that she was okay and happy! A brilliant service overall from Louise at Pawfect Pamper!

I took my 13 week old cockapoo for his first groom today and he looks and smells amazing. Louise was great with Teddy, very patient and caring with my nervous little puppy.

Have taken our spaniel to Louise twice now and the groom is fantastic. He can be a little nervous but Louise puts him at ease and he is always very relaxed and happy when I come to get him. Her communication is great and I would highly recommend her services!!!

Met Louise today for the first time to take my 2 year old cockapoo Eddie for a groom. Very friendly. Obviously great with animals as she put Eddie at ease straight away. The groom area was very clean & well equipped. More than anything he smells & looks great. Already booked in the next groom. Highly recommended

This was the first visit with my bichon Maisie, She normally suffers from Separation anxiety but Louise was wonderful with her, she soon settled down and she was beautifully groomed, I would recommend.

My puppy Betsey went for a puppy groom. Very professional service and wonderful first time experience for my dog. She looked and smelt delightful after her session with Louise.
