Excellent service from Phil and his team, I ordered a new fan motor for our extraction hood on the Tues, it arrived by special courier on the Friday before Christmas. Firstly I would like to thank Ye for all the help and support he gave me when my restaurants extraction fan stopped working. Not only did he ring me over a bank holiday weekend, He helped my find the fault and suggested how and what I need to fix it.I bought the canopy unit off Ye 2 1/2 years ago and when talking to him for advise he still remembered everything about my awkward restaurant shape and how it had to be fitted. excellent service right from the start, I was unsure about a couple of things and the help was very honest to the point where they sold me a cheaper version that better suited my requirements. The product arrived in perfect condition and very promptly and was exactly what I had ordered. Terrible service I called up for a canopy spoke to the owner after he realised I was trying to save money he totally lost interested told me I’m not understanding and need to go on eBay I then asked him for the price he told me he don’t have nothing for me very rude and arrogant. They just want your money not to assure or give you good service. Most of the reviews are fake and by family and friends be carful
