03/09/2022 I walked into a very welcoming team within the shop and advised me on many ways of buying and collecting disney traditions from F.Hinds shops and websites, which today I brought Abu disney tradition as part of my collection.The staff were very well mannered and very helpful with their information and advice.

A well organised outlet with attractive display and helpful staffs. The shop is very conveniently located within The Broad Street Mall Shopping Centre with easy access.

Absolutely awful service.. dont answer phones.. took a bracelet in for repair after 5 weeks not back. Had to call head office,was then told it was in store 2 weeks ago. I had been to the shop the same week and they said it wasnt there.. i will never use this shop again.. worst jewellers in Reading..
