A really clean, safe container in a very tidy, roomy and easily accessible yard which is easy to find.Although solid steel, the container was ventilated and had no condensation at all. After 3 months storage my books and papers came out crisp and in good condition.The solid composite flooring was clean and smooth, great for fabric covered furniture.The monthly rental is very reasonable and certainly competitive with other container parks which are often crowded and with tight access.The admin office is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.All in all, a very good experience.

Would recommend High and Dry Self Storage, we had a container for 3 months was all very easy from getting the keys to handing them back. They send a tutorial on how to access and close container for anyone who hasn't use them before, clean inside and very secure. Very friendly people and quick to get back to you if you have any questions. Would definitely use them again!

Efficient, affordable and hassle free storage! The containers are large, well maintained and dry. Access is 24/7 with your own keys to the main gate and your container. The site is well signed and easily acessible from the main road through Coldstream. Links to the video guides on how to use the special bolt padlocks and how to open and close the container doors are provided in your confrimation email. Do watch them as they are extremely useful, especially as we arrived late and had to unlock and unload in the dark! The site itself is well maintained and feels private and secure. The rates are very reasonable too. Highly recommended if you need storage!
