Appalling service. Carer , namely Riffat, (Heald Green) regularly didn’t turn up to my Mother, who was extremely vulnerable and trying to deal with my Father who had Vascular Dementia. She was, when she bothered to show, brusk, rude, spoke in a foreign language, uncaring and inconsiderate, including not administering medications. Totally incompetent, and quite frankly her behaviour was borderline abuse!
