Car Wash, jet Wash & Vacuum. Esso Garage

This car wash broke my rear light. The brushes came scarily close to the car then my mother and I heard a loud bang and the car jolted. I started the engine and drove quickly out as I was very scared the brushes would actually hit the car. I got out and saw the rear light had been broken off. I complained to the garage and the manager said they have a disclaimer ( not clearly displayed) and gave me the owners email to contact him direct. He replied saying that it was my fault as I had left the engine on which was simply not true and my mother can vouch to this fact. I’m very annoyed that I wasn’t apologised to and refunded the cost of my light and the car wash which incidentally left my car very dirty even though I left before it had finished. I’m fed up with businesses not taking any responsibility for shoddy service. I definitely do not recommend this car wash and consider it extremely dangerous with greedy uncaring owners who will deny all liability should anything go wrong.

Terrible car wash. Didn't clean the car at all. Complained and told I could put it through again but what would be the point? Avoid. Rain is better.
