When ever I have had to go to get a bike for either of my children or to look at bikes. The service has been amazing always friendly and helpful advice. Explains everything to me so I understand and I appreciate this I don’t know a lot about bikes and I appreciate the knowledge in this.

Christchurch . sons bike booked in for 12:00 for Gear adjustment . Your Bike mechanics really are a credit to you . Due to the seat post not being adjustable mechanic had to Complete on the floor not bike stand . Nothing was too much trouble , chain was also adjusted . Very friendly knowledgeable professional staff , Thank you very much if there is a staff bonus scheme please nominate your bike mechanics for this , Really recommend the service , thanks once again chaps you have made my son one very happy boy cheers . Great service from Joanne at Halfords in Christchurch, supplying and fitting a new battery for my car. I only had to wait about 10 minutes or so before she was free to do my car. Friendly, quick and efficient! Thank you!

I've been so impressed by the excellent customer care in the bike department. The mechanic I dealt with, I think called Dave, couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy with my bike. My bike now feels almost brand new and that's thanks to Dave's expertise and commitment to customer care. He certainly went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe and squeal free bike, and for that I'm indebted. Many thanks.

I had to call in yesterday 25/10/2023 as my dashcam had fallen off the screen. A,very nice young gentleman called Carl fitted it back got me and he was very polite and nice to me. I've found when ever I've gone into that store the staff are always nice. Keep up the good work

Great to to get helpful advice from young but keen cyclist. Was not planning to buy and he did not pressurise me but I decided it was worth doing so, whilst I had what appeared genuinely impartial advice. Far better than buying off the internet.

I was served by Ryan this afternoon as previously came into store last month regarding a Spiderman 14 bike for my son for Christmas. Fast forward today I came in a spoke to him and he went to order me a new bike from the warehouse but the display bike was the only one left. There was a 20% promo offer and he gave me an ex display discount too on top. Fabulous customer service and he remembered me from last month! Thank you Ryan once again

First class service from Amy and her colleagues at Halfords Christchurch fitting a new headlamp bulb in my Ford Galaxy for me. They deserve more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend them.

I felt compelled to say how Fantastic, Thorough, Caring, competent & patient your Manager at the Christchurch, Barrack Road store was. I have received exceptional Customer Service today as he helped with a faulty rear light and some other aesthetics on my car which others from this store have been very complacent and unhelpful with on previous visits. Being a woman I am not totally Offey with these things but he made me feel he was there to help not only with words but his actions. He has gone above and beyond today which is so rare to find and would not even accept a monetary Christmas gesture as I was so grateful. More places should have such exceptional Managers. His name is Paul and I feel is a major asset to your company and the Halfords Store, near Webuyanycar..Thank you for your service today and giving me peace of mind.
