Karan was very professional and respected our space when installing our new fusebox. He was very considerate about each task and outlined a number of safety risks during the electrical inspection. Rocky was very quick to get us booked in whenever we contacted him and overall it's a very easy experience to work with R&G Electrics. Will definitely continue using them as our local electrician

We have had electrician Rocky come out to do two jobs at our home in the last few months. I admit I don't know a lot about electrics myself, but Rocky turned up and on time as promised and carried out the jobs we asked him to do as discussed. He has a very professional manner and is also very friendly and explains things clearly, which is a bonus from my point of view. On one job he changed a bathroom switch and the other job was attempting to find the reason that a circuit was tripping. He seemed to have a logical and knowledgeable approach to both jobs. We will most likely call Rocky/R&G Electrics, to carry out other electrical jobs in future.

I have had a poor experience with an another individual doing my EICR.I contacted this company as it is very highly rated on Google. Although they don't cover my area, Rocky very very kindly looked at the EICR report I have received from the unqualified 'electrician' and took the time to advise me on it. He even offered to drive all the way from Hounslow to East London if I really desperately needed help with my unit.Thank you ever so much for your kindness and your help. When I needed some of my broken electrical fixed, I called upon R&G after googling them and instinctively deciding to give them a try. They were quite courteous, professional and made an appointment promptly for me. On the day of the scheduled works the relevant personnel arrived on time and sorted out my issues swiftly and I must confess that the work done was value for money and good quality. The personnel was also responsive and answered kindly any questions or concerns I posed. I would certainly recommend them highly and I would henceforth look nowhere else for any electrical works for my home.

Rocky is responsive, helpful and knowledgable. We initially contacted him to do a pre-completion electrical inspection. The whole process was very smooth and Rocky was extremely accommodating. He also sent over the report (along with a list of remedial actions and a quote to fix these) quickly after he visited the property. After we had completed on our house purchase, we asked Rocky to come back to undertake the remedial actions. He came around really quickly and did a great job. Would highly recommend.
