Rossdowney Post Office

The staff here are always so helpful and pleasant despite having to deal with high numbers of customers. MurielAnd Karen are so efficient . Many thanks - you are treasures!!

Use spencer road or drumahoe post office staff more helpfull.

Absolutely terrible!! I went in on 30/9/22 to return a parcel. I had the label printed out and as I approached the desk, I was met by what I thought was an extremely bored, fed up assistant, only that when I looked at her name badge it was the manager!! She was no more interested in being there and wasn’t friendly whatsoever. Usually when I go in, an extremely polite and lovely lady with blonde hair serves me but this was the total opposite (5* for her alone). The lady with the blonde hair was also there this day but I unfortunately ended up in the line to be greeted by her “superior”. Fast forward ten days later and my parcel that was scanned and accepted was returned to my house!! I tried ringing the post office seven times with no avail. All this time I have been wondering why I hadn’t received my refund but this would explain it. Will never be back.

Two 1st class signed for letter is missing for a month. The last update is from this office and after that nothing. Totally Dissapointed

I would advise you to use any other post office. I posted a passport at this post office nearly 3 weeks ago and I have no idea now where it is as the girl who served me put the wrong number for the address on it. I told her the address 3 times after she kept telling me it was wrong. And she still put the wrong address on it. There was a lovely girl when I went back the second time but the blonde girl and the girl who wears a hairband with red hair just look like they wouldn't be arsed to be there. No customer service whatsoever!! Also tried ringing to find out where my delivery was and no one answered the phone.
