I have used this groomers for 4 years and my dog loves coming here the lady is great with him and knows what I like for him and she knows how to handle my dog

I have taken my dog here a few times now. She isn't the best when she is groomed but both groomers are amazing with the dogs, really patient and know their stuff. Having been to other dog groomers, I would definitely recommend this one over the rest!

The lady was rude and had no experience with brachial breeds. My dog was clearly distressed to the point of vomiting and she just wanted him out of there because he made a mess!!! I collected him, he was struggling to breath and his tongue was blue so had been that way for some time. His ears are still dirty and is seriously malting so no shedding was done either. Very disappointing experience and I certainty wouldn't recommend you take your beloved pet here.

Took my shitsu there Donna did him but cut him on his bits and gave him an infection which I had to go vets with I asked her to pay vet bill she said yes then back tracked and refused my experience there was awful and my poor dog ended up very ill would not recamend at all hodsons hounds I go to at roelee she's fantastic and very professional don't go home from home groomets

Poor service and very unprofessional. Owner abrupt and rude. Complained we were 15 minutes too early for the appointment when she had twice contacted us to see if we were still attending. No records kept of previous appointments so had no idea what our preferences were. Complained at length our dog made a mess of the salon and she had to clean it up….Cut was average. We have had better value for money elsewhere and will not be returning.Owner has no customer service skills.

Been to several different groomers in the past and I’d highly recommend this one! I bring 2 of my dogs here and the young girl and boy were great with them and very patient! They’ve never settled in so much anywhere else.

First time took my puppy...owner professional and knows what she is doing..I stayed as was first time my pup has been to a groomersShe looks and smells lovely..Good price aswell

Hi, Dog German shepherd Long c, oat,, this groomers have earned this review. Have been to many groomers in past but never given a review like this, they score top marks from me, the dog in question has a yeast build up in the ears and needs ears cleaning regularly , he came back in fantastic condition, thanks will be returning very soon, top marksMr Andetson

Took our little dog to Home from Home for his nails. He hates his nails being cut and panics.His nails were cut so quickly and efficiently, he didn't have time to get too stressed. Excellent, friendly service, we'll be going back.

9yrs I've been using this groomer and on Nov. 20th whilst grooming my 11yr old Shi-tzu she rang me to tell me she had cut his eye whilst shaving his face i asked her not to shave him she finished grooming him instead of bringing him home immediately, she refused to give me a refund he needed 2 stitches which cost £220 she never once contacted me to check in on him and when i wrote and asked her to pay the vet bill she contacted my neighbour and told her that I'm getting F all ! I urge you all never to let Donna Akehurst or anyone from Home from Home dog groomers.she'll say he bit her 3 times well it's grazed knuckles at best considering he is missing 23 teeth! She should have stopped as soon as it happened
