£307 for an inner CV boot replacement! They had the car for over two days due to them receiving the wrong part. While the car was in the garage there was no communication from the garage and had to phone up numerous times often with no answer to get updates on the work. Once completed, driving the car home heard a light knocking noise coming from underneath the car, the engine undertray at the rear was not secured - the 3 fast screw clips were not done up!Prior to this work I had the other inner CV replaced at another garage which took an hour and a quarter and cost £105.ExpensiveLengthy time to complete the workPoor comunicationIncomplete work carried outWon't be using them again!

Where do I start! My car went in for a misfire when idling, I was told it was the Valvetronic motor which I trusted the decision of the mechanics. Had that fitted £620 later. Still the exact same fault nothing had changed, in fact the fault had worsened since being in there hands.I got told they’d tested the coilpacks and spark plugs numerous times saying they were all fine. Told them to test the 02 sensor as I had a suspicion that was causing the fault, told me they tested that (to my surprise they didn’t and told me they did. In fact they rang the garage I took my car to after to see how you test one! Absolutely baffling.I picked my car up from them 5 times after them saying everything is fine with it, 2 miles down the road everything back to square one. The last straw was when they said it was spark plugs after checking them and saying they were fine, had those fitted for the benefit of the doubt. NOTHING CHANGED!I took my car to Specialists Diagnostics in Newark where Wayne found the fault within 40 minutes of me being there, had me sat in the car showing me what’s flagging up which was the 02 sensor I was told they had tested at Woods cowboy bmw specialists.They told me they test drove my car numerous times and the trip monitor proved that it hadn’t moved an inch since I dropped it off with the picture proof I took.IGNORE THIS GARAGE LIKE THE PLAGUE, I WOULDN’T TAKE A TOY CAR THERE NEVERMIND AN ACTUAL CAR.My car was at woods bmw for more that 2 months too.save yourself the hassle and go to Specialist Diagnostics Newark for a fraction of the price with friendly helpful staff.Kind regardsKarsten

If you are wanting a BMW specialist then look know further. Quick and easy to deal with. Simple and no messing repairs.It's a little out the way but they have loaner cars (nothing fancy) that allow you to get from A to B if needed. Would highly recommend.

Needed a new washer pump, told one and half hour labour plus about 50 to 60 quid for the part. Go to pick up my car expecting to pay approximately £160 to be told £268.60 which I was shocked to say the least, when questioned was told that was the price of BMW parts. So paid and left rather unhappy.I then found (from BMW themselves) that the part costs £63 Inc VAT I called and asked for a breakdown of costs, was told £72 labour plus £196.60 for the part, explained what the price of part according to BMW themselves he said are u sure it's the correct part, then said oh she (lady in the office) has charged you for another part which you didn't want changed.Long and short they tried to OVER CHARGE IN A BIG WAY. ...CHECK YOUR INVOICE PEOPLE.

Thank you so much for helping me out today when I had a flat tyre on my van. I can't thank you enough for getting me on my again when I managed to get from the A17 and to your garage at 5.15pm. You both went out of your way to help me and enabled to get home safely. True gents.
