If I said the corny Mr dod has changed my life" line that everyone says about a fitness instructor I really would mean it. I have been going to his classes for about 6 years now and love them! He is full of energy even when he's feeling low himself and always motivational. I look forward to my powerhoop classes each week!"

Mr Dod really is the best fitness instructor ever, his classes are fantastic! I've been doing powerhoop for almost 4yrs now and I can honestly say it has been the best class I've ever tried and ever managed to stick at. Mr Dod is always so welcoming and friendly so full of energy and motivation no matter what he supports each and every person who comes to his classes with their goals no matter how big or small they may be. Powerhoop is definitely something I believe everyone must try it's such a fantastic full body workout with amazing results which last, you always have such fun in every class I couldn't recommend this enough!!! There's never a boring moment and you never get fed up as he always keeps the classes up to date and exciting and always brings new challenges for all. One of the most important things I have found is every single class I've been to no matter your shape, size, age or ability everyone is made to feel very welcome not only by Mr Dod but also by everyone else who attends so if your thinking you would like to give the classes a go but feeling a little nervous or shy don't be as you will wish you had come along sooner, and will make many friends =D
