Have been visiting this store for years, and every time, it exceeds expectations. This particular visit entailed a wedding ring and engagement ring removing, merging together, and resized. Staff were so helpful, friendly, patient, and gave plenty of options for this new design. Ring was ready in a couple of weeks and in love with it. Thank you all so much! Really excellent service.Amazing design and manufacture of a family heirloom that was partially destroyed. Really lovely people who obviously care and are passionate about their job. Highly recommended.

Nailed it. I needed my engagement ring resized and I swear the sales assistant eyeballed my ring size and she was totally right. Fast service, low price, top quality craftmanship. I even collected on a bank holiday. I don't know her name but would like to thank her. She was so nice. Could have cried I was so happy. Will be recommending.

we went to G H Moore,s on sat 1st of july 2023, The service is excellent (thank you Adele) had a small repair done in less than an hour, they came highly recommended and did not disapoint. I recommend G H Moore to all my friends and family

Amazing service, needed to get my husbands wedding ring resized after sending it to the original supplier 3 times I was sent back still incorrectly. I took it to G H Moore and within a hour they had it back with me perfectly sized and now he can finally wear it!

We cannot recommend G.H.Moore & Sons enough. We visited the store whilst searching the Jewellery Quarter for our wedding rings, numerous other stores recommended G.H.Moore & Sons as we were looking for a non precious metal ring for my fiance. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and couldn't help us enough. We ordered a ring which arrived very quickly, unfortunately it was half a size too small. The staff quickly dispatched a return envelope and organised an exchange straightaway.When then ring arrived it fit perfectly, however whilst trying it on on the drive way it fell from the box to the gravel below causing a scratch. I contacted the store immediately and they said that we could send it back and they would correct it. Within a week the rings was returned in perfect condition. The staff kept us updated with messages throughout, they couldn't have been more helpful.

We as a family have used G H Moore & Son for a number of jewelry purchases over the years and have never ever been disappointed. Kirsty and Adele on my recent purchase have been so helpful professional & friendly. They both helped with design and making of my bespoke St. Christopher where they made the bale to order with gold and diamonds plus personally engraved the back of the made GH Moore St. Christopher. The text is also a top brilliant standard. I would highly recommend G H More & son with no hesitation

I don't write a lot of reviews but i do when I receive such fabulous service ! Where do I start... well I visited GH Moore & sons roughly four weeks ago and enquired about getting my engagement ring reset in a platinum band. I also fell in love with a wedding band. I told Kirsty that my engagement ring was very important to me as my fiancé chose it so if I was going to get it redone it needed to be the same design as much as possible and to be wed fit. I previously visited another shop in the jewellery quarter to get a dent taken out of the head of the ring and they did an awful job but I put my trust in Kirsty.Kirsty ordered a wax model to be made before I went ahead and when I saw it I decided to go ahead.She exceeded all expectations ! My engagement ring is fabulous and I also purchased my wedding band from them. Kirsty listened to what I said and the design is pretty much the same as what it was before. I really cannot thank her enough and the business.Please do not hesitate to visit GH Moore & Son's. You will not be disappointed and the prices are excellent and great quality. I had some money deducted for purchasing two rings and they also valued my old white gold band and deducted further money off the price.

We loved your down to earth friendly sales and workshop team - you certainly did make the solving of my husband and my jewellery problem a pleasurable experience from start to finish. A problem that to previous jewellers was legitimately problematic, you made so simple to solve - we were very relieved and greatly impressed.Well done G H Moore & Son, and THANK YOU!
