I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr Gogal for a few fillings, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.Dr Sher is an absolute professional, with an impressive knowledge of dentistry and a genuine passion for helping patients. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail, making sure I fully understood what was involved and answering all of my questions with patience and care.Throughout the procedure, my dentist made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed, which helped to alleviate any anxieties I may have had. Their gentle touch and precise technique ensured that each filling was done to perfection, leaving my teeth feeling healthy and strong.Overall, I cannot recommend Gogal enough, he and his team truly are dedicated to their craft, and their commitment to patient care is evident in every aspect of their practice. I will certainly be returning for all of my dental needs in the future, and I am grateful to have found such an amazing dental team. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Always nervous like most people going to the dentist. These people make it not such an ordeal although they should organise there appointments a lot better. Plenty of mistakes that could have been avoided.

Rude reception staff, who demand payment as soon as you walk through the door. Then, To be lectured by an overweight dentist who will book you in for plenty of reviews" (£15 a go) but actually getting him to work on your teeth seems impossible.Can't believe you think people will pay a monthly fee for this rubbish service

Been with this practice for 3 years since moving to Rhyl, excellent dental practice, George is brilliant, very patient, explains everything he is going to do, I've just had a tooth extraction, on my 2nd day and it's healing very nicely, highly recommend George and all the team at this branch

Had a great experience at Mydentist Rhyl yesterday. I came for my first check up in a number of years so I was a bit nervous, but I was reassured from the moment I walked through the door by reception staff and that carried on into the dentist surgery too. Everyone was professional and friendly and the practice was clean and tidy too! Thank you MyDentist Rhyl

Great practice - would highly recommend. Put going to the dentist off for years but felt very comfortable and at ease here. Left feeling re assured.All members of staff were helpful and friendly.

When your dentist tells you it doesn't hurt, whilst trying to pull an infected tooth, because they need you finished before they remove all NHS patients...No trust in this lot at all, and mydentist are a joke of a company. Second time I've had a bad experience with them, almost like they're just there to milk the NHS.

I would of given zero stars . My partner had treatment of a route canal paid private just over £900for treatment and crown only for after 6 months to have pain and another dentist at the practice took an xray and said there was a gap between crown and my tooth. Prognosis was crown was poorly fitted my only option was to have the tooth removed now . That dentist left so another dentist tried to extract the tooth knowing there was an infection and my partner was in floods of tears and agonising pain . She since went to another private practice who WOULD give her antibiotics (as elwy said I can only have them if my face was swollen)they extracted the tooth amazingly and now my partner had to pay for an implant. We will be rasing a complaint as we have the xrays etc so clearly shows the poorly fitted cown and bad prognosis . Please be mindful of what dentist you have as it's cost my partner a small fortune and alot of pain and suffering from the bad treatment.
