Pastries are severely underbaked: limp and floppy instead of dark and crispy. The Costa machine does not do coffee justice. You're better off going to M&S across the way, it's far more satisfying.

The shelf’s are always empty as there are no enough staff around!!Is ok if you using the self checkout but if you need something in the counter or buying alcohol you need to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to serve you.

It was a pleasant experience. Small and convenient store with many options. Sandwiches are fully stocked so that’s a positive.. especially if you need something on the go. I went to M&S inside the station.. and their sandwich shelves was nearly empty.Security guard kept following me and my mum around. Only 3 self service tills.Easy access to the new station concourse.

Very disappointing- it must have taken tremendous effort to make this brand new store look so tired and dated. Shelves are often empty and member of security staff stands blocking the entrance.Frankly, Sainsbury’s should close it and try again.

Worst Sainsbury’s ever. Missed my train to London because it took an attendant 5 minutes to come to a self-service checkout to approve a can of Monster in the middle of the day.
