Went here on 15th July and to a birthday on 17th June. Bands playing on both occasions. Good atmosphere. Friendly bar staff. Would definitely go again.

5 Stars goes to the live music: Banana Thieves! They were epic watch at this great venue, lots of floor space to dance. Friendly staff. Lots of seating area, snooker / pool table. Clean toilets.

Thistle Park Tavern
This place used to have a great range of real ales, ciders, rums, and whisky, but now is far more trendy in its approach to drinks offered. Same good array of live music though so this is the main reason for going there now.
