Fantastic customer service, from making appointment for a test drive, through to handover of my Taycan Turbo S. Eddy and Ryan are great to deal with and consummate professionals. I've been a Porsche client for 12 years, York is easily the best centre I've dealt with. Thank you!PS - good coffee too.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Porsche from the Porsche garage in York, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I inquired about the car, I was taken care of by Sales Manager Eddy, who provided exceptional service. Eddy was fantastic with his prompt and informative email communication, as well as providing walk around videos that gave me a comprehensive view of the car even though I couldn't physically be there.The highlight of the experience was when the car was delivered to me by a trailer, as the entire process was done remotely. The car was exactly as described, and the entire transaction went smoothly, thanks to Eddy and the team at the Porsche garage in York. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service and support. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a Porsche, as their professionalism and dedication truly stand out.

There are often times when we are prone to complaining, however it is equally important to also compliment when you receive an exceptional service level and this is most definitely one of those occasions, not only from recent memory but life long. The service started from the first phone call I made to enquire about the car I had an interest in. Eddy showed a keenness from the off to provide a high quality customer service and demonstrated a genuine desire to ensure I had all the info I asked for, not to mention, he was polite and professional at all times. I had booked to go to view the car from London and arrived at the centre where I was met by Kate with a smile who welcomed me with an offer of a drink Eddy then continued the genuine warm welcome by taking me to see the car which was presented in an immaculate condition. Eddy was knowledgeable about the car and what he didn't know, he took the time to find out for me. After a swift drive I was sold, but I cannot stress how much the experience helped me make a decision. Ryan then entered the conversation to deal with all the finances and took the time to explain everything in detail, as with Eddy, his attention to providing a professional experience was exceptional. I had constant communication with both Eddy and Ryan, via email and calls during the whole process that it took to get everything tied up. Eddy had picked me and my wife up from York station which was a great extra touch. When we entered the room to collect the car, they had paid attention to our conversations and had gone to effort to provide my wife with some flowers and a some stunning sandwiches and cakes for us to eat, even going to lengths to explain that everything had been produced locally. Kate, who's son is a big Liverpool fan, had gone to all the effort to deck the area out with Liverpool scarfs and signed pictures which she had borrowed off her son, to make an already extraordinary experience that much more special. They genuinely couldn't do enough for us and this has left a lasting impression with me. Thank you to Kate, Eddy and Ryan for your warm hospitality and all your efforts to really go all out and provide a once in a life time experience, it was very much appreciated. I almost forgot to mention that Eddy also arranged for a local company to fit a Ghost system to my car. Thank you to everyone at the Centre for everything.

Every member of the team at Porsche York who I have dealt with has been fantastic.There is always a lovely welcome on entering the showroom and an offer of coffee from Kate. On this occasion I dealt with Eddy and Ryan in the sales team. A special thanks to both of them for making the whole process of trading in my current car and locating another suitable car really easy. Eddy is a real star. He even delivered the new car to my house to save me driving to the garage in awful weather conditions!I have had good service from other Porsche garages in the past, but this team is by far the best. Would not go anywhere else.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Lucy & Sam really made the Porsche experience a great visit to fix an uncommon issue on my Porsche Taycan 4S.Great updates throughout the day whilst my Father and I took a walk around d rhe city of York.The pickup service in a Crimson Pink Taycan was also fun...not sure if I would buy that one... but fun to be picked up I'm it either ways.Thanks Guys. Ordered a new key for my 911. The key arrived, no need to book ‘just pop in’. So I popped in, I was immediately offered a coffee by the polite and efficient Kate. The car was whisked away and 20 minutes later it was back (after another coffee). The service was fantastic! If I was looking to change the car at the moment I’d buy from there 100%. My best customer experience at a garage in a long time.

Have to say that the service levels at Porsche York have been excellent. Ok so not everything was quite perfect first time, but customer service & problems resolved ASAP.Matthew, Ryan & James all worked to ensure that I was kept informed of progress. Matthew was excellent resolving final tweaks on the Porsche AppThe 911 Carrera 4 GTS in Guards Red is stunning & will provide miles of smiles.
