I look forward to my visits to Nuude for my SmartHydro-Gen facial.Taruna has a wealth of knowledge and clearly explains every aspect of the facial. I have now had 4 of these facials and can highly recommend. My skin is softer, the crows feet have disappeared from the corners of my eyes and my skin is more youthful. I have had a number of different facials at different salons over the years and this one tops the lot :)

Had a horrific pedicure experience at this salon today… I told the nail tech that I’m anxious and I have sensitive toes. The usage of tools had left both my big toes bleeding and the pain was intense. Even then the nail tech still wanted to carry on with the colours and I said no. So very reluctantly I carried on with the rest of the pedicure in pain, but refusing to put my toes in the water.To be honest I just wanted to leave and an apology at that point. Anyway, they wanted to charge me £32 and I said I had no colour done so not wanting to pay that. And then someone else came out and said £25… at that point I was in too much pain and traumatised to argue the case so I just left.I’m going on holiday in 2 days and now I’m in so much pain and worried about infection, etc. I feel like this have really ruined my holiday.If I’ve done this to somebody I’d be horrified and definitely want to compensate and not charge someone £25 to have their toes mutilated :(I am very upset about this and will not recommend this to anybody.

I’ve been coming to get my gel nails done at nuude for quite some time and always get an excellent service from Tina who is very patient and professional
