Very caring and professional service

Lovely, friendly people, very caring and great service... Will give it 4 stars simply because, after agreeing and documenting preferred burial music, the wrong song was played on entrance to the chapel.Massive mistake on directors part, especially after previously writing down track number on the front of the cd cover beforehand.Also parking seems to be the issue we had outside the chapel on the day of the service. Small niggle but still slightly irritating nonetheless. But cannot stress enough how nice the family are though.
