They were flexible with the dates to do the work and went the extra mile to complete the fitting in 2 days, rather than 3. Sam and John were superb in every way! From initial contact to job completion, they were professional, easy to talk to, imaginative, tidy and just excellent. We had a difficult issue with our Velux windows which had been installed at too shallow an angle for Building Control to sign off on. Other builders suggested completely redoing the (new) roof! Temple came up with a far better solution.They texted to let us know what time they would arrive (and did!). They looked at the options and eventually provided a tailored solution involving leadwork. This was expertly carried out with a minimum of fuss, and we have had no problems since.We have recommended them and would gladly use them again - wish all builders were like this!Diane, Stroud

Arrived punctually and repaired our 2 Velux windows with the problem. Explained in detail the issues and their recommended solution. They left the area clean and tidy once they had completed the repair. We would certainly use the company in the future.

Two smart Velux windows were fitted very skilfully in an upstairs bedroom. No mess left behind. Good communications about timing and fitting.
