Really friendly and helpful staff. Sarah fitted a car bulb for me and found the appropriate replacement. Also gave me some tips on how to do it again if needed.

This is the second time I have purchased goods at Halfords in Kendal.On both occassions I have had excellent and patient advice from Lil, She is a real asset to tbe company and to me an elderly woman who knows nothing about cars!

The service was excellent, I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the store. I had to wait for a short time whilst the customer before me was served, but I was advised there would be a little wait. I had my AC re-gassed and signed up to the halfords motoring club and received a 10 point check too. I cannot praise the gentleman who served me highly enough - Thank you Simon 9

Outstanding service to fit new bulb. Although the bulbs are sold at a premium cost the fitting service is appealing. Really patient assistant carefully took time to fit. Looked desperately tight for the hands. Great value.

Very nice, helpful staff. They stock everything from cars- bikes, satnav to sterios, camping to roof boxes and everything in-between. Very happy with service, tho items can be a little pricey. Tho their own brands are reasonable price.

Had aircon tested. Guy told me it was low, advised a regas. I paid for regas and less than a week later aircon not working again. Took it back low again he said oh seems like a leak then. £45 thrown in the bin after following their advice, they didn't even offer a refund. Not gonna be coming here again.

Had problem with my Dash Cam. On entering store staff at reception were all pleasant and helpful. I explained my problem and immediately Elliot, came with me to my Vehicle. After a thorough and efficient check of the Dash Cam, he explained the problem to me and fixed up an appointment for me to attend the next day. When I arrived for my appointment Elliot met me at the reception and informed me that he had spoken to the Dash Cam company, and that he would fit the camera and check all the wiring.This was done, following which my Dash Cam is now working fully, Thanks to Elliot and the team at their Kendal Branch.Overall I can say the team were helpful, pleasant, efficient and extremely professional throughout my 2 visits.
