Amazing! We visited today with my coeliac daughter, thinking she wouldn’t be able to have anything from here and we were very surprised! The staff were extremely helpful, taking time to check each of the flavour’s ingredients to see if suitable for my daughter and when we discovered she could have something, they kindly made sure all scoops were cleaned and took the ice cream from new tubs to ensure no cross contamination. Excellent service that went above and beyond and made a little girl feel ‘normal’. Also the ice creams were absolutely delicious! Thoroughly recommend :)

Looks ever so slightly tacky from the outside but they had a really good range of interesting flavours and we really enjoyed the three we had. Nice friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

Best place in town. So many choices at the best priced ice creams in town. Great welcoming staff. Others completely the opposite.

My children & I visited this place on 14-8-21The young lady (teenager) who served us was very pleasant & helpful. I spent just over £9.00 on 3 nice sized ice-creams. Which were very nice.So nice in fact we decided to visit again on11-8-21The shop was quite busy. I was asked quite abruptly from a woman in her thirties which cone I would I like. I said the third one from the right. She said quite aggressively no you have to choose it from the board above. So I did. She put a small scoop In & handed it to me. I said is that it ? Yes if you want more you’ll have to pay for an extra scoop……My children choose theirs & she was still very rude, then we left. Whoever this woman is, learn some manners…..& learn how to speak to your customers….get some training….There are other ice-cream shops in Dawlish. I suggest you go there.

Visited this lovely little cream shop today with my partner. The young lady who served me was extremely helpful, sweet and polite. Unfortunately this was ruined by a aggressive customer who came in and complained. Absolutely no need for this type of attitude towards this young lady. She handled the situation well. Lovely ice cream and fabulous service.

The most racist encounter that my husband and I have ever experienced. We are a black couple who went to purchase some ice cream from this parlor, because we heard it was good. The sales assistant turned out to be very rude and condescending. We made a request for two ice creams and she handed one to us. She kept a hold of the other ice cream and told us that we will receive it after we have paid. Prior to this encounter, we observed that other white customers were not subjected to the same humiliating experience. When we tried to point out how differently she treated us, she became incredibly defensive and said You took it the wrong way. I'm from Manchester so I'm the last person to be racist". We went and spoke to the customers who were served before us who confirmed that they were not treated in the same manner. Let's  keep fighting against discrimination and prejudice."

Tasty ice cream with an excellent selection to choose from and very generous scoops. Great value for money and quick, friendly service - thank you. We'll be coming back!

Great ice cream shop. Lots of flavours to choose from and cones etc.No queues and the young lady serving was polite.I will be using this shop from now on.
