Ben arrived in about 15 minutes when we were unable to access our flat as the mechanism in the door had failed. He very quickly managed to open it and diagnose the problem. It was too late yesterday to obtain replacement parts, but Ben arrived this morning after getting the necessary items first thing, and we are now sorted. A gentleman.

Ben was here in just 12 mins and was also very professional. He also advised on a few security weak points that he spotted and was very kind and patient with my elderly neighbour who had locked her self out and was quite worried. a true gent!.

I don’t give 5 stars easily. I’m very critical and it has to be perfect: tick all boxes, from customer service to professionalism to deliver what it said it would. This company went beyond my expectations. I called, had a quote and I was told that it would be an hour, bearing in mind that it was nearly evening time and rush hour. It was an emergency as, I believe, my keys have been taken from my lock. The agent came within less than half an hour, changed my lock within a few minutes and was very professional. I cannot find a fault. Well done. Wish many more companies would care about customer satisfaction as you do. Keep up the high standards you’ve set up, it’s not difficult.
