Excellent customer service. First time I went thr to buy brown sugar bubble tea. Shop was abt to close. What I need was not available. Still talking to staff I bought 1 bubble tea. The way they can make customers to try a new flavour , I really appreciate that. Good luck and see you next time...

Really friendly staff and it was by far the best bubble tea i've ever had, priced very reasonably. Will definitely be back! Super cute decor too.

Went in with my girls today and bought bubble teas for takeaway. Fab service and the tapioca was soft not too chewy, so perfect for me. My daughter enjoyed her mango milk tea. Would definitely go back again to sit down if enough time, as the seating/decor looked fab too.

The staff was so friendly and I sat down and they brought my drink over. My server Kim was excellent and make me feel at home. The bubble tea here is the most authentic and freshest one I’ve tasted in Northampton, well done for getting it right!

I think it was a really nice experience the customer service always lovely the wait time wasn't that long and the drink it's self was really filling and amazing really enjoyed it and will be definitely going again to try other flavours highly recommend it

I’ve never had a bad experience at Ding Tea. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and patient. Not to mention the drinks are amazing! Best boba in Northampton with lots of options and plant-based alternatives also. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Overall a great shop and would highly recommend.
