Zero communication. Job not completed due to incompetence. They came to view the property before coming to complete the work. Turned up without the equipment they needed then left and never returned to complete the job. They didn't inform me they weren't coming back - property will now flood again as they can't return next week. Ridiculous.

Terrible work, terrible attitude and dishonest - charged for work that was not completed hoping I would not notice. Rude office staff who were disinterested and slow to respond when I complained. I have had several roffing firms here since who all say that they go around having to patch up Bondright's very poor work. Do not use.

Very happy with the roof repair work completed by Bondright Roofing at our home recently. Alex was thorough with the inspection and they gave a precise quotation. Came on time, cleared all the debris after completion and the price was competitive too.

Bondright did and excellent job. The roof leak was fixed and tiles replaced, work was of the highest standard, carried out by polite professional workers. I would use them again.

Installed a skylight and in-so-doing caused five separate leaks to our roof! They claimed gaps in the new underfelt" was the cause of the leaks. This is absurd because we do not have new underfelt. The gaps appeared when they were working on the skylight.Tremendously insulting roofer kept blaming the under felt

Having had someone quote for a roof repair on guesswork, without really looking at it, I was impressed that this company's representative went up a ladder to examine it, took photos, said he would need to work out the estimate at the office to make sure it was accurate, and came in at half the price of the other one, with every part of the job specified and costed. He told me when they could fit it in and reassured me, having examined it, that it would be ok till then. They came in the time predicted. checking with me beforehand. The service was professional, so far as I can see the work is well done and they cleared up completely afterwards. I have used them again as I feel they are trustworthy.

Bondright responded quickly to our needs, for which timing was a priority. David and Bob did an excellent job, and cleared all the resulting debris from the site. I have used Bondright several times over the years for roof jobs, and would ways return to them for this type of work.

It took a long time and multiple attempts to get a response from the online form on the website and I nearly gave up with Bondright (which is why I slightly marked them down though pity I can't give 4.5). However I am glad I persisted since, once I was in touch, they were quick to visit and quote to have some of the hips repointed and/or re-bedded. After I accepted the quote they advised a date they should be able to start the work and it was only delayed by the weather. The job was done neatly in two days. The workmen were courteous and cleaned up after each day. They will be the first company I go to should I need further roof work.

Bondright Roofing services did a good job on our roof, carrying out the work efficiently and keeping us well informed of what they were doing. I was very impressed by the way David, the lead roofer, directed the work, made very sure about matching tiles and clearing up well afterwards.

Disappointed customer - after getting a reply from email no further response for 4 days of when a visit could take place, poor customer service and no communication. If too busy it would be nice to know so you can see alternative. I was in a dangerous situation after tile slipped from the roof damaging a car and I need them to be checked sooner than later.Can't recommend this type of service as felt I have been let down.Do not deserve any stars in my opinion.
