Highwater - Private Water Supplies

I found Richard very rude and arrogant in my dealings with him. He refused to accept known facts regarding our water supply and instead advised a very expensive, unnecessary, and potentially futile borehole when all that proved to be needed was a simple upgrade to our very reliable existing spring which had served the property for over 100 years! Luckily other suppliers in the area are more customer focussed and less profit orientated………. and better mannered and more respectful as well!

Please do your research before dealing with this company!!!  Get other quotes and do your research into what your water quality results mean and what treatment is required before making any decisions.This company used blatant lies in their sales pitch - including intentionally giving us a guide price that was tens of thousands of pounds lower than they know work would cost (this was later admitted to us by director Craig).  Our proposed actual price for fitting ended up being tens of thousands of pounds more than their estimated worst case scenario" - despite our water quality results having nothing in them to cause any concern so being a very long way off being a worst case scenario. Highwater recommended treatment based on fictional cut offs.  While there may not be hard and fast regulations

The best option for us would have been a borehole, which was out of our budget.
