Alfie recently changed 3 radiators for me and did a great job as they weren’t straight forward swaps.He also mentioned that my central heating system was very dirty and suggested a chemical flush which he did for a very reasonable price.Great job all round. Definitely Recommend and will be using again for any future jobs.

Alfie has been an absolute godsend for sorting out my digustingly old plumbing and bathroom, and removing the outdated gas appliances in the property. He's gone above and beyond to get everything sorted for me within a tight timescale, and I now have the most beautiful new bathroom and new radiators to show for it. Any concerns I've had no matter how small, he's popped right down to sort out.

Alfie transformed our tired old ensuite into an absolutely sensational new space that looks fantastic.Throughout he has been ultra flexible about our changing demands and has been a pleasure to have in the property.

Plumbergy has just completed a full refurbishment on our Bathroom En-suite and downstairs cloakroom , we have found Alfie and the subcontractor’s to be all highly professional, polite and they have carried out the work to a high standard. We are very pleased with the end results and would highly recommend using them .

Alfie updated our boiler and all our downstairs radiators. He was very thorough and gave us some good advice. We’ve been really pleased with our boiler’s efficiency too, it saves us ££‘s

Although not the cheapest, we went with these as Alfie was vey pleasant and seemed to be reliable and professional. Unfortunately he didn’t want to take responsibility for the subcontractors he used on our bathroom refit, often saying I should contact them myself to correct their poor work. Alfie is a nice friendly guy but didn’t want to know when I asked if he could attend and adjust the temperature of the shower as it wasn’t hot enough once we had used it for a week or so. In the end I had to pay someone else to sort this, it took 10 minutes! Very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed in the outcome. I would imagine he would be good at servicing boilers etc but larger jobs, look elsewhere.I note from the reply below from the company. Nowhere in my review do I mention the situation with the radiator and surprised he has mentioned it as it makes him look even more unprofessional. It was requested during the quote period I would like the radiator replaced as part of the works as he could do it while the central heating system was drained. When he finished the bathroom he stated it was a separate job as it was in another room, a very odd statement. When the separate quote was sent for this work I said I did not wish to go ahead, it was his decision to reduce the cost. Apart from bad work he consistently blamed his subcontractors for, the main issue was the lack of response to the request to adjust the temperature of the shower. He just said it is just how it is and to rectify this I had to get another company to adjust it. Would you expect to pay someone else to finish a job you had paid several thousands of pounds for?As a point of interest, the attached photos show how the loft insulation was left following the installation of the new spot lights in the bathroom. This had originally been installed professionally, once again I had to get it replaced at my own cost.

I contacted Alfie on the weekend via social media as I had a blocked sink which was affecting my washing machine. Within 24 hours Alfie sorted the problem and even collected my house keys from my work. From the start to finish Alfie has kept me updated and is very trustworthy. Thank you again.
