We take our big ginger longhair cat to Anna for a good old brush every 8 weeks or so and are always delighted with the results. The dogs in there look like they're ready for Crufts when she and her team are done with them! Anna has a heart of gold, we can't imagine going anywhere else.

Made a telephone call to ask about grooming my dog do t know who it was on the phone so rude took my business somewhere else and where I took her that was so friendly good service will be using then from now on

Went here for the first time today, the ladies were lovely, despite my dog being very vocal. They treat dogs with respect and don't push the dogs to do too much on their first time so the dog is comfortable. I will definitely be a returning customer, I'm very satisfied.

Excellent communication and the took care of Chloë a 15 year old tabby with interpersonal issues well. Only reason not full 5 stars is that they do not take cards, otherwise excellent value
