Awful!! taking benefits off a vulnerable lady, leaving her with a allowance, without telling her children till after.. Surely not legal? If it is, it should not be.

Taken my mothers pension and pip payment from her and left her with little money to live on each week. Don’t trust them as they worm their way into your life and take everything. My mother is very confused over the the way they are handling her finances.
