Sarah's Sleepyheads
Sarah empowered us to take control of our baby’s sleep in a way that we hadn’t managed to for 9 months. She’s gone from 4-6 wakes a night for comfort feeding to 2 wakes and needing only basic intervention to settle the rest of the time. I was panicking about going back to work with such a terrible sleeper, but now I feel so much better about everything. Plus we got there without having to do the dreaded cry it out method! Thank you so much Sarah for all your advice and support

Getting in touch with Sarah was the best thing I ever did, I wish I'd done it months before. My little boy went from waking every 45 minutes through the night to sleeping right through. Her approach is very gentle and she is really supportive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Sarah if your child has any sleep issues!

Sarah was so quick to help us. I emailed her on the verge of a breakdown after months of Baxter waking every 45 mins. I was at my wits end! She instantly made me feel like we could crack it!We noticed an improvement straight away and by the end of the 2 weeks we were down to the one night feed which was what our aim was! It wasn’t easy but it wasn’t as hard as I had imagined and Sarah was there every step of the way. She was helpful when we had questions but she wasn’t suffocating...it was up to us how much contact we had.I would definitely recommend Sarah. I feel like she helped Bax become a happier baby and I could be the mum I wanted to be as I wasn’t a walking zombie anymore. Forever in her debt! X

We have a ten month year old who never slept for more than three hours in a row. From month 6 to 10 she wasn’t going to sleep until 11pm and was waking hourly to breast feed. Her naps were adding up to an hour a day at the very most. It was exhausting and our baby was overtired all the time, as were we! Sarah changed our lives, by night four, our baby was sleeping 12 hours straight and napping at predictable times in the day for a longer period. What I also liked is we were with our baby through the sleep training and it was a gentle, loving approach. Life is so much easier now we all get sleep and time out. It was worth every penny. Thank you, Sarah x

Although our 3-year old has always been a super sleeper, her little sister drove us to utter despair with her sleep! When we first started working with Sarah, we were stressed and exhausted! Little one would go through phases of waking up to 10 times a night or take up to 2 hours to settle to sleep only to wake 30 mins later and do it all again. Napping was virtually impossible in her crib and she’d get hysterical at the slightest hint of a sleep association.Although we had a nap routine, Sarah suggested a totally different structure and, through using a gentle approach, little one was able to fall asleep independently with minimal wakes a night. Not only can I plonk her into her cot, and the endless hours of trying to place her back into her cot is a thing of the past, but she also now has one big nap in her cot each day!We are indebted to Sarah for our little one being a much happier baby and the rest of the family much more rested! Although we’d sleep trained our eldest successfully, Sarah suggested some less conventional strategies for our less than conventional little one. She was our ally though some really tough patches and always there for us with fresh insights. Importantly Sarah’s approach was gentle and really tailored around our little one’s hypersensitive nature. Thank you, Sarah!

Sarah has accompanied us on our first experience of parenthood working with her first at 6 months which worked wonders to now getting more advice on dropping a nap at 15 months old. Developing our baby's sleeping skill has been a journey in which Sarah has supported us step by step with kindness, empathy and knowledge. Sarah is passionate about babies and sleep and she is also very generous with her time. Her advice has been invaluable for us and also our family sleep. Thank you very much Sarah!

I was reluctant to contact Sarah to begin with as I couldn't bear myself thinking I'd leave my baby to cry to sleep. I was anxious about the advice Sarah would give me. How wrong was I? With Sarah's gentle and professional approach, my 13 month old's sleep improved hugely during the time we worked together. We are all happy as a family now and confident about the steps we should be taking from now on. I so wish I had contacted her sooner! Thank you so much Sarah!

Sarah has been great and helped us with the confidence and discipline needed to sleep train our 2 year old. After several attempts at sleep training on our own and failing, we felt we needed more tailored advice and Sarah delivered. We didn't have to let her cry it out" but gently transitioned her to independent sleeping. It was the little bits of advice

After researching a lot (desperate, at around 3am most mornings, when up with my little one!) I came across Sarah and booked in a free consultation. I thought she was really friendly, approachable and it was obvious she had a lot of experience/knowledge on sleep. The sleep plan was much more detailed than I was expecting and she was always on the other end of the phone, should I need assistance. My little one is sleeping much better which I am so thankful for!

Sarah's Sleepyheads
We came across Sarah after months of desperately trawling the internet for answers and reading several books on infant sleep. Our five month old daughter needed help to sleep from day one. During the day, she would need to be rocked, bounced, shushed, and sung to while she slept on our chests. She would wake instantly if put down, and the process would start over again. At night, we could sometimes get away with putting her down if we timed it right, but this never lasted long. She was incapable of sleeping longer that 40 minutes at a time, day or night, and would either need to be fed to sleep and held or rocked/bounced for up to an hour to get her back to sleep.Getting only 2-3 hours of broken sleep myself in 24-hrs, I was increasingly low in mood, impatient, irritable, and dreaded the day ahead. I found myself accidentally falling asleep whilst breastfeeding and nodding off while holding her as she slept. I was worried for mine and my daughter's health. Nevertheless, we had been repeatedly told by health visitors that our daughter's sleep was normal" and that we just had to ride it out.It was Sarah's views on sleep deprivation that really hit home.
