We had a brilliant time at Big Motor World and our salesman Del made us feel at home and did not pressure us into anything. The quality of the cars we selected were great and the car we purchased was out of this world. Thank you Del and thank you Big Motor World.

My experience with Big Motoring World has been nothing short of a nightmare. I am writing this review after enduring 5 long months of silence regarding a complaint I filed in April 2023 about paint damage caused by the company.One would expect that a car dealer, especially one as reputable as Big Motoring World, would provide a thorough valeting service before releasing a vehicle to a customer. However, the reality was far from that. I've attached photos illustrating the deplorable condition in which my car was handed over to me.Just to clarify prior to collecting my car, I the paint had been meticulously inspected for holograms with a torch and they were not there. However, due to cloudy weather on the day of collection, these issues went unnoticed. It wasn't until I reached home, and the sun revealed the glaring holograms, that I was shocked by the state of my vehicle.I immediately reported the issue just 15 minutes after finalizing payment for the car by calling them, but Big Motoring World's customer service left much to be desired. I was told that the manager will give me a call back the following day as they were closing for the day. Their indifference and lack of responsiveness made me feel like my complaint didn't matter. For half a year, I've been trying to resolve this problem, but Big Motoring World has consistently ignored my attempts to communicate. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and their dismissive attitude towards my issue is disheartening. My experience with Big Motoring World has been a complete letdown. Their failure to address the paint damage, coupled with their terrible customer service, has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I strongly caution potential customers to think twice before dealing with this company, as my experience reflects a company that prioritizes profit over integrity and customer satisfaction.

Went to purchase a new car today at the big motoring world. Greeted with lovely receptionists and dealt with salesman Luke who was very polite and caring. Excellent customer service offered drinks frequently also very welcoming to my little girl who was with us. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you

Fran from sales was polite, patient, and helpful in making a deal.Tanya & Lewis from finance went out of her way to complete the finance documents swiftly.Ewan was extremely attentive and courteous during the vehicle handover.All in all I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. They have a great team!

From walking into the showroom to the sales area, this place feels premium with warm smiles and welcome. Dell" was the salesman that assisted me and made this feel like the best experience I have ever had buying a car. He spent the time walking me through the car explaining everything in fine detail. Because of Dell I will be back for my next car and will not go anywhere else again! I had a bad experience with jct600 and was reluctant to buy again but Dell has changed my mind and restored my faith in salesman!! What a champion and gentleman!!!! I hope that he gets a mention in their sales meeting as I would say the best salesman of the decade!!!!!!!!! I will be back!!!"

This is a company obsessed with 5 star reviews, but they do not give 5 star service. I was asked 4 times to leave them a 5 star review.Vehicle was in good visual condition and was listed with all the features I desired within the spec.Test drive is under 5 minutes, so not long enough to determine any significant issues.My car did not have all the features it was listed as having, so after contacting aftersales I was met with a stone wall. They have taken weeks to respond, and have told me that I signed to say I was happy with the car and therefore not their problem.You may as well list lots of other features the car doesn't have, as they are not accountable if the vehicle isn't in that condition.Better to stick with somewhere that focuses on selling accurate vehicles rather than masquerading as a coffee shop that also sells cars.

Bought a BMW from Lewis today. He was so helpful. Spent time with us knowing what we wanted. Would 100% recommend him. Have been to a couple of big motoring world sites and this was the by far the most friendliest and helpful.

Big Motoring World Peterborough has got to be the best of them all. Fantastic range of cars, took a while to pick one. And the customer service is exceptional. So far, the car drives well with no issues and happy overall with the presentation and quality vs the price.I'll like to say a massive thank you to Max who was more dutifully showing me round every bit of the car as opposed to pressure selling. Thanks to his manager who was very informative about the extras as well (warranty, etc).

Absolute exceptional experience at the Peterborough branch! Very welcoming and didn’t feel as if we were pressured into taking anything. Would absolutely recommend BIG all year round and the General Manager Steve was incredible! Thank you for the service!
