From the moment I stepped into the cosy and relaxing treatment room, I was hit by a warm and inviting smell. That was nice. Catherine is calm, spiritual and has a genuineness that helps you relax. It turned out to be a cleanse of both body and mind. Our chat throughout helped keep me relaxed and gave me new perspectives on why my gut is so unbalanced. With a history of medical issues leading to years of medication, I feel more sympathetic towards what I have put my digestive system through and it's cries for help. Afterwards I felt like a stone boulder had been removed, lighter. I’ve had a series of treatments from Catherine as well as the 21-day Microbiome Reset programme. Catherine is lovely, very knowledgeable and has created a relaxing environment for the treatments. The Microbiome reset went surprisingly easily. Cutting out carbs was not an issue for me and during the focus week I felt comfortably full and had lots of energy. I had my first colonic treatment with Catherine the other day, I knew what to expect having seen a few youtubes. Catherine is lovely, it was all very relaxed and a great benefit to me, she even got her husband to show me his special bodied Jaguar XK150, does it get any better? I have already booket two more, I should jhave been having this treatment 35 years ago!
