My mum (Mrs Rimes) greatly appreciated Mr Richardson’s help during lockdown. Completed the repair in two days and running better than ever considering it is an Elna machine of51 years old. She can now carry on baking bags and masks for a special needs school.

My partner was told by a well known sewing shop in Norwich that the part needed to repair her 37 year old Riccar machine was obsolete. A phone call to Home Call and the part was located and then repaired within 3 hours! She is beyond delighted - it was well worth a trip from Norwich!
