Excellent cookery school in the heart of London. Giancarlo as always was in good form

Went there last week with my family, and we were all very disappointed. After reading decent reviews, we thought we should give it a try, but I would not recommend to anyone. The food was very mediocre, and the service was awful. The burrata wasn’t fresh and the pasta did not taste good. There’s a lot better italian restaurants in Marylebone!

Amazing hospitality! Great value for money ! Pepe stole the show ! Such a nice guy always smiling and he just couldn’t do enough for you ! Great experience ! Left with a belly full of pasta and wine ! And had to take some home for left overs !

I spent an amazing day learning how to make beautiful authentic pasta.Chef Stefano is extremely knowledegable and was a brilliant teacher.I can't wait to book another class.

Finally got to enjoy my belated Xmas present in Bray with a great group of fellow aspiring foodies. Gian Carlo was just the best! Amusing, beguiling and very patient, as were all his team. Having eaten here before it was fun to have a few hours behind the scenes and get to eat what we made. Thanks Sharon a fabulous present.

Went here during December for a cooking course. It was nice to spend the day with Giancarlo cooking and learning.Was a good laugh and has inspired me to push harder and hone my Italian cooking skills

My client and I had an amazing time! I loved the lasagna and the ice cream was out of this world! The service was excellent, too. I hope to come back soon!

I've been there few times by myself or friends and it's always been a lovely experience. The floor is checking constantly if we need anything, advising about wine pairing and making sure our food is perfect.The chef is always coming to the table asking to the guest how was the experience, even when is busy. I am a chef and I am aware how difficult is to check on the guest while is busy and serving perfect standard of food.Caldesi is a place where you always feel welcome to come back with friendly staff and fair prices.Looking forward to repeat this lovely experience.Meri
