First class service from start to finish. Neil was so helpful with my Dad explained everything and took time with him. No pressure sales. Made the order Wednesday delivered Saturday.

We visited on a Saturday but the advisor attended just to us, and was unhurried. He demonstrated the options by reference to the models on display. He answered all our questions satisfactorily. Useful track with obstacles for test drives. Having already done some research we were happy to make a purchase.

Emma Conroy our sales advisor was excellent in dealing with us. The particular chair we had chosen but Emma got a chair of similar measurement for my wife to try. I hope management appreciate the high standardEmma affords their customers and also arranged for us to purchase our selected chairs and paid for them in showroom. I visited CareCo Glasgow last weekend on the recommendation of my neighbour, who had been very pleased with the service she received there. My experience was extremely positive too. I was surprised by the choice of chair styles and coverings and was able to order exactly what I had been looking for. The young lady who assisted me - Emma - was excellent. She was well versed regarding the pros and cons of each chair and happily answered my numerous questions. There was no pressure to buy and Emma gave me loads of time to look around for other aids for my aunt and ordered an item for me which wasn't in stock. She emailed me this morning to confirm the order and assure me that it would be delivered within the timeframe I was hoping for.An excellent service provided by an excellent assistant. I would highly recommend a visit.

We were very impressed by standard of service by staff particularly Emma who was both knowledgeable and patient. It is not first time we have bought here and always had efficient and courteous service. We would not go anywhere else.
